Add new project:
1. Navigate to Click the see more arrow to the right of the “News” page tab, or click News page tab to see blog (project) posts.

2. Choose a project that has similar content to the one you’re adding, hover on the project tab and click the “…” to the right, then choose the Duplicate option.

3. Click on the newly copied project tab to open the settings dialogue box and follow the steps below.

  • Change the Status to “Published”.

  • If you ever need to re-order the posts, it has to be done by selecting the “published date” in the Status pop-up window.

Adding content to new project:
1. Change the name of the project (this will show under the project thumbnail on the News page as well). Add project details (team, etc.) in the smaller text box below. (NOTE: To get a smaller space between lines, click shift+return when going to add to to the line below)

2. Add content:

For photo content, edit the photos in an existing gallery section, or add a new gallery section and make sure the settings match the dialogue box reference to the right.

You should edit each photo to best fit in the new crop.

If you want to show a horizontal image (shown right), add a single image block and make sure the settings match the dialogue box reference to the right.

For video content, replace the video in an existing video section by uploading a new video, or add a new video section and make sure the settings match the dialogue box reference to the right.

It’s best to upload videos, but should you ever need to embed a video, copy its embed link (found on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) add it to the dialogue box in the appropriate field.

Add an embed box to the section. Copy the videos embed link (found on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) add it to the dialogue box in the Link field.

  • Add the post Category.

  • These show up on the News page under the Project Name. These can be added, have more than one, etc. Just make sure that once you have added, that the box is checked.


  • Change the Featured Image to an image or GIF.
